How to buy products on Mallza.co.za

There are 3 easy ways to buy products or place an order with us.

1. Online using your credit card
2. Online using internet banking (instant EFT)
   
3. Offline (via the telephone or email) - we send you an invoice and you make payment.

We recommend doing everything online as it is quicker and 100% secure.

Online buying process

If you would like to buy a product from Mallza and pay online, simply select the quantity and any additional options of the product you desire and then click the 'Add to Cart' button. Once the product has been added to your cart, click on your cart in the right-hand column of the site and click "Proceed to Check-Out'. Follow the simple steps and when it asks you to select a payment option you can pay using either of the following 2 methods:

1. Instant EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) using your own internet banking. This is a very popular method that we recommend or
2. Credit Card

We make use of PayFast as our payment gateway as it is 100% secure and allows us to charge in ZAR. PayPal will be added to the site as soon as PayPal supports ZAR.

Offline buying process

If you prefer to receive an quotation/invoice, you are welcome to your order over the phone (our details are on our contact page) and we will send you an invoice. On receipt of the invoice you then settle using internet banking or by making a deposit at your nearest bank.

Simply take down the SKU number of the product you are interested in so that you can give it to the telesales assistant that helps you.
